1. Digital Content & Subscriptions

All videos and services offered on Datememore.de are delivered digitally and provide immediate access after purchase. By purchasing a subscription or digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to the content begins immediately after payment is processed.
  • Because the service is provided instantly, you waive your right to withdraw (Widerrufsrecht) under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the content delivery has started.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Except where required by law, all payments made for subscriptions, memberships, or individual video purchases are non-refundable. This includes cases where:

  • You did not use or access the service.
  • You forgot to cancel before renewal.
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

4. Exceptional Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in specific cases, including:

  • Technical issues on our side that prevent access to content for more than 48 hours.
  • Duplicate payments due to processing errors.
  • Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent.

To request a review of your case, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to:

  • Immediate account suspension.
  • Permanent ban from our services.
  • Investigation and potential legal recovery of chargeback-related fees.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (where applicable), please email our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name and account email address.
  • Date and amount of payment.
  • Reason for requesting a refund.

7. EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
